INSPECTION OF THE ANGLE STOPS AND VALVE:
Maintenance personnel will continue to conduct inspections of all units to ensure the integrity of angle stops and valves throughout Santee Village.
Inspections at the Cornell building will begin on Tuesday, August 19, 2025, between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM, for the 10th and 11th floors.
Please ensure that maintenance has access to your unit during this time. We appreciate your attention and cooperation in helping prevent future issues.
