Are you interested in volunteering time to serve on the Board? Want to have a say in what goes on in your community? Can you commit to attending meetings regularly? Can you make reasonable decisions for the betterment of the Association? WATER SHUT-OFF:

In order to address plumbing items in our buildings, a COMPLETE water shut off has been scheduled for THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 6, 2025, AND FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 7. Please note that this will affect both HOT and COLD water. This is the perfect opportunity for residents to replace their angle stops and valves or other plumbing work without requiring an additional shutdown at a later date.
