HOLIDAY FUND:
It’s officially the holiday season! If you’d like to contribute to this year’s Holiday Fund as a gesture of appreciation to our hard-working and dedicated staff, please write a check payable to “Santee Village” and note “Holiday Fund” in the memo line. If you would like to give something to a specific staff member, please feel free to drop off an envelope, marked with the employee’s name, to the Management Office for distribution to that individual. If no one is in the Management Office when you want to leave your gift, please contact Security at 323-501-1119 to have them place your envelope (or gift item) in the Management Office. Contributions will be accepted until December 12th, which is only 7 days away! We appreciate any contributions and thank you for your support and generosity.
PARKING REMINDERS:
To load and unload only, residents may use the designated ten (10) minute parking spaces when available, but only for a maximum time of THIRTY (30) MINUTES. To take advantage of the 30-minute window, the vehicle parked in the space must have the emergency flashers on for the duration of the parking period. Should a vehicle be observed as parked without the emergency flashers on for more than ten minutes, the vehicle may be towed without warning. Any attempt to utilize this space as a long-term parking solution is a violation of the Association’s Rules and Regulations and may result in fining and/or towing at the vehicle owner’s expense. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
