HOLIDAY FUND:
We’ve received several requests from residents to extend the deadline for holiday fund contributions. We’re pleased to announce that contributions will now be accepted until next Wednesday, 12/17/2025, which is just 5 days away.
If you would like to contribute to this year’s Holiday Fund, please make your check payable to “Santee Village Condominium Association” and include “Holiday Fund” in the memo line. Checks can be dropped off at the Management Office during office hours. If you would like to contribute to a specific staff member, please feel free to drop off an envelope (or gift item), marked with the employee’s name, to the Management Office for distribution to that individual. If no one is in the Management Office when you want to leave your gift, please contact Security at 323-501-1119 to have them place your gift in the Management Office. As a Santee Village Homeowner, you may also authorize your contribution electronically by completing the attached form and emailing it to Pam at pphamle@actionlife.com. Your donation will be added to your ledger and reflected on your next statement. Thank you for your support and generosity.
GARAGE DRIVING REMINDER:
Driving in a parking garage requires patience and close attention to signs and surroundings. Space is often tight, visibility can be limited, and other drivers or pedestrians may appear suddenly.
One of the most important rules is to follow one-way traffic signs—driving the wrong way in a garage lane can lead to blind-corner collisions, block traffic flow, and create dangerous situations for everyone inside. Staying alert, following traffic signs, and moving slowly help ensure a safe, smooth experience for all drivers.
