VOLUNTEER APPRECIATION WEEK – 04/19/26 – 04/25/26:
It’s a great time to celebrate the people who give their time and energy to support our community. HOA volunteers—including Board members—wear many hats, balancing life as neighbors while helping guide the community forward. Their dedication, teamwork, and willingness to step up (even when it’s not always easy) make a real difference. We’re grateful for all they do!
NEW OWNERS AND TENANTS OF SANTEE VILLAGE:
We take pride in ownership within our community. If you are new to Santee Village, please review the HOA’s Rules & Regulations and CCR’s. If you’re a landlord, please provide a copy of the Rules & Regulations to your tenants. Unfortunately, new tenants are often not informed that Santee Village is an HOA-run property, nor are they provided with our rules, which results in unnecessary problems for everyone. Please help us avoid problems by informing tenants of expectations and providing a copy of our Rules & Regulations to them.
APRIL IS NATIONAL POETRY MONTH:
Throughout April, poets and literary communities celebrate with workshops and events. It’s a great time to step outside your comfort zone and try writing your own poetry—there’s no right or wrong way to express yourself. For more information and local workshops, visit the Academy of American Poets at poets.org.
