FRIENDLY REMINDERS:
Deliveries:
All packages must be delivered to residential doors. Please make sure to include this in the delivery instructions. We do not recommend you share your access codes with delivery vendors.
Moving: All moves require a moving coordinator to ensure a smooth, safe, and successful process. Please contact Management to schedule your move. A 5-day notice is required.
Plumbing Reminders:
In condos and high-rise buildings, units share plumbing and HVAC lines. It is required that all residents notify Management when an outside Plumber/HVAC vendor is in the building to perform any work. Our building is unique, and we must coordinate all plumbing work with the Building Engineer as it may affect your neighbors.
