NEW OWNERS AND TENANTS OF SANTEE VILLAGE:
We take pride in ownership within our community. If you are new to Santee Village, please review the HOA’s Rules & Regulations and CCR’s. If you’re a landlord, please provide a copy of the Rules & Regulations to your tenants. Unfortunately, new tenants are often not informed that Santee Village is an HOA-run property, nor are they provided with our rules, which results in unnecessary problems for everyone. Please help us avoid problems by informing tenants of expectations and providing a copy of our Rules & Regulations to them.
PET COURTESY REMINDER:
Dogs must be on a leash when in the Common Area. Unleashed pets risk being reported to Animal Control Officers and may be removed from the premises. Santee Village has several Dog Waste Stations installed around the property for your convenience. Pet owners must immediately clean up pet waste. Thank you for keeping our community clean and safe!

Thirty teams, chosen from more than 400 applicants, will race gravity-powered creations through movie-inspired challenges, with Dodgers star Kiké Hernández and racing legend Dale Earnhardt Jr. serving as featured guests.
