SMOKING REMINDER:

  • Since smoking/vaping inside your unit is leading to the spread of smoke odor into shared areas and neighboring units, please refrain from smoking near doors, windows, bathroom vents, or any other areas where smoke and/or smell may easily enter shared spaces.
  • To ensure smoke and associated odor are not emanating outside of your unit, we recommend that you install weather stripping around the door, use air purifiers, or any other appropriate measures within your unit.
  • Note that smoking is not allowed in any Common Area (except the courtyard) or Association Property.
  • Smoking-related issues can significantly impact the health, well-being, and enjoyment of others within the community. We kindly ask all residents and guests to be considerate of those around them when smoking.

WEEKEND HAPPENINGS:

Santa Monica Block Fest:  Three blocks of the Third Street Promenade will turn into a high-energy street takeover for Santa Monica Block Fest. Catch World Cup watch parties, Pride celebrations, live music, and nonstop local food and drinks all in one place. Dance into the night with DJ sets from Bijou, Surf Mesa, Autograf, and performances from LGBTQ+ artists. A buzzing night market with 20+ vendors, including Villa’s Tacos, keeps the party going until midnight.

LA Pride:  Be part of one of the nation’s largest Pride celebrations. Led by Emmy winner and Grand Marshal Jeff Hiller, the event features a parade through Hollywood and a free street festival on Hollywood Boulevard with live entertainment, food, drinks, shopping, and special appearances.
