Common Area Wi-Fi Upgrades
Wi-Fi access is now available in the Eckardt Lobby, the Cornell Lobby, and portions of the subterranean garage. The password was recently emailed to all residents. If you would like the password provided to you, please contact the Management office. This amenity is for residents of Santee Village only; Please do not share the password with non-residents. Enjoy
HVAC Service
Management has received ample interest for the HVAC service. Those that have signed up, will receive further instructions including service date and time. If you decided to wait, next service will be scheduled in the spring. Thank you.
I Art U DTLA
I Art U DTLA will be held in the courtyard on Thursday, November 9 between 5 PM and 10 PM.
Open House at Grether & Grether!
The Grether & Grether lofts (730 S. Los Angeles) have officially opened their and joined the neighborhood. There will be an open house on Thursday, November 9 between 6 PM and 10 PM. There will be building tours, live music, mural painting, and more!
Please, Be Kind to Your Neighbor & Pick Up After Your Animal
There has been an increase of dog feces in the elevator and the subterranean parking garage. We understand that accidents happen. However, if your animal has an accident in any common area, please make sure you clean up the mess. Repeated infractions will be subject to disciplinary action.
Be kind; do not leave a mess behind.
Free Yoga Class with Heldine Every Wednesday
Heldine is both a Santee Village Resident & a 500-hour certified yoga instructor. She will be holding free yoga classes every Wednesday from 7PM until 8PM. Classes are held in the Santee Court Fitness Center Room, which is located directly across from the Fitness center. Bring your yoga mat.
