Payments
Where do I send my HOA payment?
Mail payments to: Santee Village Condominium Community Association; c/o Action Property Management; PO Box 25013; Santa Ana, CA 92799 Checks are made payable to Santee Village Condominium Association. You can also make payments online by visiting the Resident Portal.
What if I need to change my mailing address?

Will I be charged a late fee for a late payment?
A $10 late fee is charged for a payment not received by the 15th of the month. Assessment payments are due on the 1st and considered late if not received by the 15th. A late fee is charged by the Association, as provided for in the Association CC&R’s (CC&R’s, Article 8, Section 1). A late fee is a hard cost to the Association and is not typically waived by the Board of Directors once charged.
Access Control
How do I get my name in the directory?
Please call the management office at 213-243-0798 or e-mail the manager Ariana Rodriguez at arianarodriguez@actionlife.com to request a form. Management will be happy to assist you with getting your name entered in the resident directory.
How do I get a pool/gym key?
Pool/Gym amenity and access keys are $25 each. Pedestrian /elevator entry fobs cost $45 each. Please call to arrange pick up at the Management office on site located at 738 S. Los Angles Street, Suite 5, Los Angeles CA 90014.
Monthly Assessments/Membership
What is included in my monthly assessment/membership fees?
Membership in the Santee Village holds a lot of advantages. It includes access to the roof top pool, spas, basketball court, gymnasium barbecue grills and much more. You are in the center of all of the action! Santee Village is the best kept secret in town with some of the best Downtown Los Angles views. You are footsteps away from the Fashion District, Arts District and most of all the Original Los Angles Flower Market.
