Please Pick Up After Your Animal
There has been an increase of dog feces in the elevator and the subterranean parking garage. We understand accidents happen. However, if your animal has an accident in any common area, please make sure you clean up the mess. Repeated infractions will be subject to disciplinary action. Be kind; do not leave a mess behind. In addition, no pets are permitted on the rooftop.
Trash Room Cleanliness
Maintenance is reporting an increase of trash being improperly disposed of in both trash rooms. The trash rooms are vital to the cleanliness of the community. Please make sure to place only recyclables in the recycle bin and break down/flatten boxes. This will ensure there is ample dumpster space for all residents.
Lobby Trashcans & Dog Waste Disposal
Management has confirmed with the Los Angeles Fashion District Bid that the trashcans that were removed during the street improvement project on Los Angeles Street will be replaced in the coming weeks. Until then, temporary trashcans will be put in place.
Common Area Lighting Upgrade
As you may have noticed, the lights in the subterranean parking garage look slightly different. This is part of an Association wide effort to convert all common area lighting to LED lighting. The conversion will save the Association a substantial amount of money in electricity costs while reducing our carbon footprint. The LED conversion comes at no cost to the Association. LED conversion will extend to all stairwells and residential floors. Stay tuned for project updates.
