Office Location & Hours: The management office is located in the courtyard, behind the Eckardt & Cornell buildings.  It is commercial space #5, next to the art gallery. Office hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm.

Annual Fire Drill & Safety Presentation – Tuesday April 24

-POSTPONED-

Due to unforeseen circumstances, today’s fire drill & fire safety meeting have been postponed. We will be rescheduling within the next couple of weeks. Please stay tuned for date. We apologize for the inconvenience.

 

AT&T Fiber Optic Upgrade

AT&T will be on property to begin the initial stages of building fiber optic upgrade starting Monday, April 16. This portion of the project will take a few weeks. The next stage of the fiber optic upgrade will require entry into residential units. Ample notice will be provided before this phase of the project. Stay tuned for progress updates.

 

Santee Courtyard Yard Sale – Sunday April 29

The Santee Courtyard Sale has returned! On Sunday, April 29 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, residents from Santee Court, Grether & Grether, and Textile will be participating in a yard sale in the courtyard. There will be live music and food available for purchase. If you are interested in decluttering your home and making a few bucks at the same time, please contact Julie Rivera Hernandez (JuRivera@essex.com) to reserve a space. Be sure to act quickly, as space is limited.
