Community Update April 14th

Access Doors:

Please make sure that all access doors to the building are closed when entering/exiting the building. This also includes stairway doors. These are fire doors and should not be left propped open.


All moves require a moving coordinator to ensure a smooth, safe, and successful move. Please contact Management to schedule your move. A 7-day ‘notice is required.

No Smoking allowed by Rooftop Equipment:

There is no smoking allowed on the rooftop specifically by building equipment.  Some of this equipment may be flammable.


All Santee Village residents have assigned spots either in the underground garage or the Maple Garage. DO NOT park in any spot that is not assigned to you. Residents parking in an unauthorized spot may result in being towed at their own expense. Residents abusing the 10-min parking garage may also be towed at their own expense.

Quiet Hours:

Quiet Hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. After 10 PM the volume must be significantly reduced so as not to disturb other residents.

Next Board Meeting – Monday, April 24th

The Board meets monthly to review and discuss association matters. The Board has selected to meet on the 4th Monday of the month. The next Board Meeting is scheduled for Monday, April 24th at 8 PM in the Management Office and via Zoom. All owners are welcome to attend.
