Deliveries:

All packages must be delivered to residential doors. Please make sure to include this in the delivery instructions. Delivery Services should use the callbox to contact residents regarding access to the building. UPS, FedEx, Amazon, and USPS all have access to the building already.

Community Safety:

REMINDER:  Do not leave any common area doors propped open. This includes doors to the stairways and the underground garage. We do not want unwelcome guests to have easy access to our building.

Also, if you received a call from the callbox, please confirm you know the person who is calling. Do not buzz in strangers into the building.

If you notice any suspicious individuals in the building or parking garage, contact (call or text) Security IMMEDIATELY at 323-501-1119.

Parking: 

Reduce the risk of theft or other incidents, especially with the upcoming holiday season,  by

1. Lock Your Vehicle: Always lock your vehicle doors, and make sure all windows are fully closed.
2. Avoid Hiding Spare Keys: Don’t leave spare keys inside your vehicle, as thieves know where to look.
3. Keep Valuables Hidden: Keep valuable items and shopping bags out of sight or, ideally, take them with you. Items left in plain view can attract burglars.
4. Use Anti-Theft Devices: Consider using steering wheel locks, car alarms, or GPS tracking devices to deter thieves.
