COMMUNITY SAFETY:
REMINDER: Do not leave any common area doors propped open. This includes doors to the stairways and the underground garage. We do not want unwelcome guests to have easy access to our building.
Also, if you received a call from the callbox, please confirm you know the person who is calling.
Do not buzz in strangers into the building. If you notice any suspicious individuals in the building or parking garage, contact (call or text) Security IMMEDIATELY at 323-501-1119.
PLEASE PICK-UP AFTER YOUR PET:
It doesn’t take much to remember that we have pets in our community. In fact, if you don’t watch your step, you’re liable to step in one such reminder!
Besides being unsightly and smelly, animal waste can be hazardous to the health other residents and other pets. Take along a baggie with you to pick up waste and dispose of it properly. By taking a few simple steps to clean up after your pet, you can contribute not only to the beautification of our community but also to the elimination of one of the most irritating nuisances at Santee Village.
