APRIL BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING:

The Board of Directors will be meeting Monday, April 22, 2024, at these times:

  • Executive Session – 6:30 pm (by invitation only).
  • General Session – 7:30 pm (all homeowners welcome to attend).

Quick Reminders:

Community Safety:  Do not leave any common area doors propped open. This includes doors to the stairways and the underground garage.

Do not buzz in strangers into the building or share elevator codes or front door codes. If you notice any suspicious individuals in the building or parking garage, contact (call or text) Security IMMEDIATELY at 323-501-1119.

Garage Speeding: Speeds shouldn’t reach more than 5 mph in the structure.  Cars backing out, and other residents (and their pets) walking to and from their vehicles may be difficult to see. Please keep our community safe by observing the speed limit and be cautious and courteous to others.

Parking: Park your vehicle in your assigned space only. Do not park in someone else’s space or at the 10-minute parking space. Violations will result in your vehicle being towed at your cost.

Pet Policies: Pick up after your pet! Pets must also be leashed at all times when being walked.

Quiet Hours: Remember to be quiet during nighttime hours. During the night, try to keep your voice low and if you plan to be loud, please give your neighbor a heads-up.

Smoking Policies: Smoking/vaping is prohibited in all building common areas, including the hallways and stairways.

Trash Disposal:  Please keep our community clean and respectful by refraining from throwing trash or discarded items in the common areas, or onto neighboring patios or balconies. Let’s maintain a harmonious environment by disposing of waste properly and respecting each other’s space.
