Did you miss the last HOA meeting? No problem! All APPROVED General Session Meeting Minutes can be accessed via your Resident Portal. These along with other important documents are available 24 hours a day. You can visit https://resident.actionlife.com and sign in to view these documents. If you need help setting up your vivo portal account, please contact Management.
Verizon Commercial Filming Notice – October 15 – 17
A Verizon Commercial will be filmed in the Santee cul de sac. The production schedule is –
10/15 (Prep), 10/16 (film), 10/17 (strike). You may experience a delay of up to two minutes when exiting. If you have any issues, please contact Graham Hamby (Location Manager) at 213-434-0930.

Water Shut Off Notice – Wednesday, October 3 (10:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
LADWP will be replacing a water meter between 10 AM and 12 PM. During a portion of this time, water may not be available.
Neighbor Night with Councilmember Jose Huizar – Wednesday, October 3
Councilmember Jose Huizar is coming to Santee to have a conversation with residents about DTLA on Wednesday, 10/3 from 6:30-8:00 PM in the Santee Village management office. Complimentary food will be provided by Asian Box, a Vietnamese fresh fast food place with a location on 5th and Figueroa. It’s helpful to RSVP for this event to Joella.Hopkins@lacity.org to ensure there will be enough food for everyone to enjoy, but walk-ins will be welcome as well. This is a very special opportunity to have a conversation with our Councilmember about the issues that matter to us in this area.

Hot Tub Repair & Restoration
While performing restoration to Hot Tub #2, it was discovered that Hot Tub #1 needed additional repair. To make sure both Hot Tubs are properly and completely repaired, we will be taking them both offline this weekend. Both Hot Tubs will be returned to service Friday, September 28. The Hot Tub on top of the 716 building is available until 10 PM nightly. Thank you for your patience.
