The Santee Village Annual Holiday Party will be held Monday, December 18 from 7pm to 9pm in the Management office. We hope to see you there!

There has been an increase of dog feces in the elevator and the subterranean parking garage. Please make sure you clean up the mess. Not only is animal waste unpleasant, it can transmit diseases to other animals. Repeated infractions will be subject to disciplinary action. Be kind; do not leave a mess behind.

Free Yoga Class with Heldine Every Wednesday

Heldine is both a Santee Village Resident & a 500-hour certified yoga instructor. She will be holding free yoga classes every Wednesday from 7PM until 8PM. Classes are held in the Santee Court Fitness Center Room, which is located directly across from the Fitness center. Bring your yoga mat. If you have questions, you can contact Heldine at Heldine@gmx.us.

Common Area Wi-Fi Upgrades

Wi-Fi access is now available in the Eckardt Lobby, the Cornell Lobby, and portions of the subterranean garage. The password was recently emailed to all residents. If you would like the password provided to you, please contact the Management office. This amenity is for residents of Santee Village only; Please do not share the password with non-residents. Enjoy

I Art U DTLA will be held in the courtyard on Thursday, November 9 between 5 PM and 10 PM.

Open House at Grether & Grether!

The Grether & Grether lofts (730 S. Los Angeles) have officially opened their and joined the neighborhood. There will be an open house on Thursday, November 9 between 6 PM and 10 PM. There will be building tours, live music, mural painting, and more!
