Cornell Elevator #1
A component in the Eckardt elevator was damaged during a power surge a few weeks ago. To maintain service in the Eckardt building, a part was used from Cornell elevator #1The Eckardt elevator parts have arrived and have been installed. The elevator technician will be out on Monday to try to bring the Cornell Elevator back online. Thank you for your patience.
Annual Election 11/14
Santee Village’s Annual election is November 14th. Ballots have gone out and to meet quorum, we must receive 75 ballots. Please make sure to mail back your ballots as soon as you receive them.

Cornell Elevator #1
A component in the Eckardt elevator was damaged during a power surge last week. To maintain service in the Eckardt building, a part was is being used from Cornell elevator #1. This requires this elevator to offline while this component being repaired. Thank you for your patience.

Building-Wide Water Shut Off – TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 20
Hot and Cold water service will be turned off from 9 am to 6 pm to perform multiple plumbing repairs throughout all three buildings (738, 743, and 746).

If your pet has an accident when traveling through the common area, please be sure to clean up after your pet. Management has received several complaints of dog waste being left in the elevator. Thank you for helping to keep your community clean and orderly.

Building Painting Project – Commencing June 6th
The Board of Directors approved the painting project which will commence on June 6th. In preparation for the project, the scaffolding has been staged facing Los Angeles Street for phase one of the project which is a full building and window wash. Please anticipate nominal water intrusion during the window washing and move furniture accordingly.
