Community Update March 9th

Gym Re-Opens 3/10:

The Santee Court Gym is scheduled to reopen Friday 3/10. We thank you all for your patience on the gym reopening.

Moving

All moves require a moving coordinator to ensuring a smooth, safe, and successful move. Please contact Management to schedule your move. A 5-day notice is required.

Power Outage

LADWP will be conducting necessary maintenance to their equipment and a power outage is scheduled for Thursday March 16th starting at 9 AM . This outage is expected to last approximately 2-3 hours. Back-up generators will be turned on and elevator and entry door access will be available. There will be no power to residential units.

Sidewalk Measuring:

ARE Builders will be on site on Monday, March 13 at 7AM performing detailed field measurements of the existing concrete panels along Los Angeles Street in front of the Eckardt Building. During this process, portions of the sidewalk may be inaccessible and noise disturbance is expected during working hours. ARE Builders will close off sections at a time and will have personnel on site to assist with directing traffic. Please use cation while traveling along this area. The sidewalk will be returned to normal conditions and safe for regular foot traffic at the end of the day on Monday.

***This project will be carried out weather permitting. If weather conditions are unfavorable, the project may be rescheduled. We will monitor the forecast closely to ensure this project can be completed in a timely fashion.

Quiet Hours:

Quiet Hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. The volume of radio, stereo sets, television, and musical instruments shall be always held at a reasonable level so other residents are not disturbed. After 10 PM the volume must be significantly reduced so as not to disturb other residents.

During quiet hours residents are to reduce sounds coming from their units including, but not limited to, moving furniture, television, music, etc.

If you are experiencing a noise nuisance during quiet hours feel free to call security and they will address the resident. In case this does not work, residents are welcome to call LAPD.
